Complete control system for gas manufacture and a SCADA system
for the distribution of the gas throughout the city of Guanghzhou China
(Canton).
The control scheme was an ABB MasterPiece 200/1 with an ABB Tesselator for the display system. The control scheme was fully intrinsic safe and every signal had lighting protection. Full drop down manual control was also included in the control system.
The SCADA scheme consisted of 26 radio nodes which varied from single pressure measurement to complete gas holder schemes.
The overall scheme value was approx. 1.7MUS $ and included the following components:
